“Apexmart has been founded by people who have pioneered the concept of assisted digital services and online shopping in India. Poor infrastructure and lack of awareness and trust are the biggest obstacles for companies in reaching to a large part of their potential customers through just online medium. This is why only 10 percent of the population shops online. Apexmart aims to address this challenge via its network of last-mile phygital (physical + digital) stores to connect the consumer companies with these untapped customers.
Apexmart’s vision is to develop the largest network of such phygital stores in India to help customers enjoy the benefits of online shopping such as better prices and access to large variety of quality products, while simultaneously have an experience of shopping at a physical store where they can touch-and-feel the products and take the help of store owners in making informed decision before buying a product.
